I've sat on both sides of the process, as a candidate, and as an assessor running the exercises that decide who moves forward. I went on to become the youngest Airport Service Manager at Heathrow, was appointed a DfT Aviation Ambassador, and have since mentored 220+ people into the industry. Most people going into aviation interviews have no idea what's being measured. I built these sessions to close that gap.

Before you sign up.

When are the next sessions?
Dates are released to the waitlist first, usually a couple of weeks before the session opens to the public. Joining the waitlist is the most reliable way to get a spot , the rooms tend to fill before they're announced anywhere else.
Are the workshops in person or online?
Both. We run in-person sessions in London and Manchester, and regular online workshops for anyone outside those cities. Each one is interactive , not a one-way webinar.
Who are these workshops for?
Anyone looking to break into aviation whether you want to fly as cabin crew, become a pilot, work in ground operations, or simply figure out which path is right for you. Students exploring their options are just as welcome as people who've already applied and been turned down. Every session is built on real recruiter feedback.
How much do they cost?
Pricing varies by format , in-person sessions are priced higher because the rooms are smaller and feedback is direct. Waitlist members get the price and any early-bird offer before public release.
Is there one-to-one mentoring too?
Yes , see the Coaching page for one-to-one packages. The waitlist also gets first access to those.
